Meet Charlee, a bright and spirited 10-year-old girl who radiates joy and creativity. Despite facing the challenges of autism, Charlee refuses to let anything dim her vibrant spirit or hinder her from pursuing her dreams. Instead, she channels her boundless imagination into crafting candles that are as beautiful and unique as she is.

Hello there, beautiful souls! I'm Charlee's proud mom, Amberlee Rogers, and I have a heartwarming story to share with you all... It all started this past Christmas when I received a candle-making kit. Little did I know, that this simple gift would spark a journey filled with love, creativity, and endless joy alongside my daughter, Charlee, who is a shining light in my life, despite her challenges with autism.

As I tinkered with the kit, Charlee's eyes lit up with curiosity, and she eagerly wanted to join in. With her by my side, we embarked on a candle-making adventure together. To my surprise, her creations were not just beautiful; they were truly extraordinary, each one reflecting her unique talent and passion.

Charlee's enthusiasm for candle-making blossomed into something incredible. She started pouring her heart and soul into designing candles, each one more enchanting than the last. Before we knew it, our living room was overflowing with 50 dazzling candles, a testament to Charlee's boundless creativity.

Realizing we couldn't keep all these treasures to ourselves, I reached out to my community, sharing our story in the Hall County Moms group. The response was overwhelming, filled with love and encouragement. With their support and guidance, "Candles by Charlee" was born, a testament to the power of belief and resilience.

Through this journey, I've had the privilege of witnessing my daughter's confidence soar. With every order that comes in, her world lights up a little brighter, reminding us both of the magic we've created together. I've cherished every moment of teaching Charlee about business and the importance of believing in herself, focusing not on her challenges but on her remarkable abilities.

Our candles, each a work of art crafted with love, are now available at Out of the Cedar Chest in Gainesville and Cindy's Tasty Cakes on Thompson Bridge Rd. We're also eagerly anticipating our next venture, Puzzle Piece Pastries, and have exciting plans for upcoming events and markets. Your suggestions are always welcomed, as we continue to spread light and love through Charlee's creations.
